During launch, property managers and tradies subscribe free. From year two, property managers pay $490/year, tradies $290/year and enterprise agencies $990/year. A success fee of 5% at launch (3% from year two) applies to completed marketplace jobs.
RentalFix WA is built for Western Australia, starting with the Perth metropolitan area, Peel and surrounding regions.
Requests are classified as Emergency, Urgent or Standard. Emergencies such as gas leaks, major water leaks or electrical safety issues are flagged instantly to the property manager and matched tradies in real time.
Yes. Tenants can attach up to 10 JPEG, PNG, MP4 or MOV files (100 MB total) to every request.
